Here is a list of all senior center sites within the respective community boards and council districts, and we thought it would be useful for your convenience. All DFTA-funded senior centers have been instructed to close and cease congregate programming and activities, including congregate meals. The centers have, instead, been advised to continue to provide daily meals as a take-home option (“grab-and-go”) or by delivery on a case-by-case and as-needed basis. We are working closely with our providers as they adapt to this rapidly changing situation and the evolving needs of their respective center members.

While grab-and-go meals are typically available during regular meal-service hours (11am – 1pm), there is great variation from center to center and maybe even from day to day. Therefore, it is advisable for older adults to call their local senior center before they leave their homes to confirm specific times and availability.
